1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 Apologies were received from Dafydd Elis-Thomas, Llyr Huws Gruffydd and David Rees. Rhodri Glyn Thomas attended as a substitute for Llyr Huws Gruffydd.
2. Inquiry into energy policy and planning in Wales - Evidence from the Welsh Local Government Association and local authorities
2.1 The witnesses responded to questions from members of the Committee on energy policy and planning in Wales.
2.2 Mr Mitchell agreed to provide a note on the Welsh Local Government Association’s views on the transport issues relating to wind farm development and further information on the case on noise from wind turbines referred to.
